Classes: Reformer Foundation // Tower Foundation
Key words: Beginner, Technique, Core & Confidence
Our Foundation classes for beginners or anyone new to Small. You will learn the beginner classical exercises, and correct technique, to set you up perfectly to progress.
All clients will need to attend a minimum of three* of our Foundation classes regardless of prior experience before progressing to our Precision classes.
Please consult with the studio before booking if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions and/or injuries.
*Exceptions may be made. Reach out and let us know about your practice!

Classes: Reformer Open // Tower Open
Key words: Control, Challenge, Open Level, Progression
Our Reformer Open class is an Open Level class, and a natural progression from our Foundation classes. It is designed for those with some Pilates experience and familiarity with the reformer.
Rooted in the classical Pilates repertoire, this class combines traditional exercises with contemporary preparatory movements to build strength, control, mobility, and confidence.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are completely new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Foundation classes. Progressions and challenges are offered throughout the class to accommodate different experience levels.

Ready to go further?
If you've completed our Foundation classes or have been practising Pilates consistently for six months or more, Signature is your next step. Expect to move through the intermediate classical exercises with growing confidence, building towards a fluid, rhythmic practice that feels both challenging and deeply satisfying. -
Courses: Beginner Reformer // Beginner Tower
Key words: Intimate, in-depth, foundation
Our 4 week Beginner Courses are small and supportive, capped at just 8 people for a more intimate experience. You'll move through the traditional beginners Pilates repertoire at a slower pace, alongside the same group of newcomers, helping you build confidence, technique, and connection.
You do not need to enroll into our Beginners course to attend any of our regular group classes. -
Classes: Prenatal Pilates // Postnatal Pilates

Classes: Mat Pilates
Key words: Body awareness, Stability, Refine technique
This open-level Mat Pilates class is limited to 10 participants.
You'll move through traditional Pilates exercises drawn from both the beginner and intermediate repertoire,
Mat Pilates is a fantastic way to develop a solid foundation before transitioning to Reformer or Tower classes. You'll learn how to perform many of the key exercises using just your body and the mat, which you then carry over to the equipment-based classes.
